When DOE first learned of intention of owners of German registered Karin B cargo ship to dock & unload its 2,000 tonnes of chemical waste at Neath, what was its response & how many meetings subsequently held with Institute of Wastes Management, National Association of Waste Disposal Contractors & officials of environment directorate of the European Commission with regard to destination of the toxic cargo on the Karin B.
