What are (a) the numbers of councillors, (b) the numbers of special responsibility allowances being paid, (c) the total cost of these allowances, (d) the cost per councillor and (e) the numbers of administrative staff earning in excess of £42,000 in respect of each of the new local authorities. - Table given.
