How the Housing Contracts, Construction and Development Bill was modified by the results of environmental appraisals undertaken by his Department; if the Bill has been subject to an environmental appraisal using the guidance contained in "Policy Appraisal and the Environment"; what procedures have been put in place to monitor the environmental impacts arising from the implementation of the Bill; and what alternative course of action from those detailed in the Housing Contracts, Construction and Development Bill were considered in environmental appraisals. - Inc ref to 267 c114-5W and "Our Future Homes" and "Housing and the Environment".
