Answer: Mr. Neil Hamilton: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will ensure that the relevant maintenance payments are made without any further delay to Mr. S. Sadler (CSA Reference PBU/JHR/1012755 177).[24302] Mr. Andrew Mitchell: The Child Support Agency can pass on only payments of maintenance which have been made by an absent parent. The chief executive of the Child Support Agency, Miss Ann Chant, will write to the hon. Member separately detailing the enforcement action the agency has been taking and updating him on recent details of this case.
