Answer: Mrs. Jackson: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what consultation he had with the Federation of British Engineers' Tool Manufacturers prior to approving a grant to the Korean company YG-I Tool Co. of Korea to set up a manufacturing base in Belfast. Mr. Ancram: No direct consultation was sought with the Federation of British Engineers' Tool Manufacturers, though information published by the federation was used during the course of the appraisal.
