- If he will give the name and address of the general practitioner fundholding practice mentioned in paragraph 43 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's report on the NHS (England) Summarised Accounts 1994-95; and if he will list the health authority and the job titles of the three members of staff who received relocation payments mentioned in paragraph 48 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's report on the NHS (England) Summarised Accounts 1994-95.

Mr. Bayley: To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will give the name and address of the general practitioner fundholding practice mentioned in paragraph 43 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's report on the "NHS (England) Summarised Accounts 1994-95;" and if he will list the health authority and the job titles of the three members of staff who received relocation payments mentioned in paragraph 48 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's report on the "NHS (England) Summarised Accounts 1994-95". [22988] Mr. Malone: No. It is not normal practice for Ministers to identify individuals mentioned but not named in such reports.
