When he received a request from the Countryside Council for Wales to issue a holding direction on the application by Milford Haven Port Authority to construct a jetty to import orimulsion and limestone for Pembroke Power Station. - The request was received on 15 April and is being considered, along with requests that the application be called in.

Mr. Ainger: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he received a request from the Countryside Council for Wales to issue a holding direction on the application by Milford Haven port authority to construct a jetty to import orimulsion and limestone for Pembroke power station; and if he will make a statement.[29196] Mr. Gwilym Jones: The request was received on 15 April and is being considered, along with requests that the application be called in.
