- If she will undertake an assessment within the next three months of the risks of the Greenwich Millennium Celebration not being fully operational within the agreed timetable; and if she will inform the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre of the results of such risk assessment before 1st August; what assessment she has made of the prospects for (i) the private sector support for, (ii) the transport infrastructure of and (iii) the environmental restoration of the Greenwich site being in place in sufficient time for the Greenwich site to stage the millennium celebration to begin on 1 January 2000.
