Mr. Redmond: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment he has made of the savings to date which the Inland Revenue has made from out-sourcing arrangements with the SHL software computer system, compared with the use of in-house services; and if he will make a statement.[29529] Mr. Jack: The Inland Revenue does not have an out-sourcing arrangement with the SHL software computer system.
