Are there any plans to introduce statutory code of practice for employers requiring that ballot is undertaken to ascertain views of employees before any proposed closures or takeovers are proceeded with, that it will not be held without notice, or at time when industrial relations might be harmed & that any such ballot will not impose costs on participants - No
