Mr. Simpson: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will maintain his policy that the banks currently involved in Motability Finance Ltd. are not granted sole lessor status.[29926] Mr. Burt: The Department regards competition as a healthy measure in ensuring value for money. Competition must, however, bring long term benefits to Motability's disabled customers.
