Sir Thomas Arnold: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a further statement about the International Monetary Fund's enhanced structural adjustment facility for Kenya.[30596] Mrs. Anglea Knight: A three-year programme under the enhanced structural adjustment facility worth SDR 149.55 million, was approved by the IMF board on 26 April.
