Mr. Neil Hamilton: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what steps he will take to ensure that Mr. S. Sadler of 57 Central road, Rudheath, North received the regular maintenance payments due from his wife as the Child Support Agency.[32204] Mr. Andrew Mitchell: The Child Support Agency has been successful in securing maintenance for Mr. Sadler. As it does in all such cases, the agency will make every effort to ensure this continues. The chief executive, Miss Ann Chant, will write to the hon. Member separately with a further update on the details of this case.
