Question: When he will complete the consultation over the revision to water bylaws; and when he plans to put draft regulations to replace water byelaws before the House; to list areas covered by consultation over revising water byelaws; to require a proposed water conservation target to be included in revision of water byelaws; and to list members of Water Regulation Advisory Committee looking into replacement of water byelaws. - Includes fact that membership of Water Regulations Advisory Committee to be announced shortly.
