- What is the waiting time for cars to be tested at vehicle testing centres; to urgently recruit more staff to cut waiting time for a test; & to delay the introduction of MOT test every 5 years until the waiting period has been brought into line with that which exists in Great Britain. - Includes table of waiting time for private car tests at each of the vehicle inspection & driving test centres in Northern Ireland at 4 Nov 1988.
