Mr. Salmond: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what negotiations he (a) has had and (b) proposes to have with Shell (UK) regarding the continued operation of its offshore-based helicopter used for air rescue; and if he will make a statement.[38445] Mr. Norris: There have been no negotiations with Shell (UK) and none are planned. Local discussions have taken place with Shell Expro about the effects of its decision, and the extra cover it will make available for night medical emergencies.
