- If he will make it his policy that when high risk prisoners are given temporary unescorted release (a) the airports they are expected to use and (b) the police of the area to which they are to travel are informed in advance; pursuant to his answer of 14 October about the temporary release of unescorted high risk prisoners, when he last reviewed policy on the matter; and when the next review is planned. - Text of letter from Alan Shannon of Prisons Agency.
