Mr. Richards: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will ask the district auditor to investigate the finances of Conwy council. [215] Mr. Gwilym Jones: The district auditor has already been appointed to Conwy council and will be looking at the finances of the authority as part of the normal audit process.
