What information is collated by his Department in respect of people whose convictions have been quashed because of doubts over police evidence; If he will list the names and rank of members of the West Midlands serious crimes squad who gave evidence in the cases of prisoners whose convictions were subsequently overturned, together with the names of the persons they helped to convict; and if he will indicate what disciplinary action was taken against each officer together with the outcome of such actions; pursuant to 285 c633W relating to convictions based on evidence supplied by the West Midlands serious crimes squad, for what reasons the information is not available. - Will write.
