Question: What factors underlay the savings required of £1.4 million by the East Norfolk Health Authority in respect of Norwich Community Health Commission.

Answer: Sir Ralph Howell: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what factors underlay the savings required of £1.4 million by the East Norfolk health authority in respect of Norwich community health council. [6762] Mr. Horam: The East Norfolk health authority has recently published its draft investment plan which includes information on the assumptions underlying its proposed strategy. The hon.
