Mr. Wallace: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the estimated additional cost per annum to (a) Orkney health board and (b) Shetland health board of the proposed increase in air passenger duty. [7050] Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: [holding answer 4 December 1996]: The additional costs per annum are estimated to be £17,000 for Orkney and £13,500 for Shetland.
