- What plans are there to consider increasing concentration of off-course bookmaking in hands of 4 major companies & whether a reference to Monopolies & Mergers Commission would be appropriate. - Includes fact that on 7 Jan OFT decided not to refer 4 major bookmakers to MMC & OFT continuing to monitor developments.
