What action HMG propose to take following the comments of Her Majesty's Coroner on the death of Mr. Shane Barnes and the criticisms of members of the board of visitors of HM Prison Wandsworth following five other suicides in the establishment in the last year. - Including text of letter from the Director of Personnel of the Prison Service, Mr. A.J. Butler.
