- Why prescription-paying patients have to pay for dressings and some other items personally administered by their general practitioner, when the same emergency treatment obtained from a hospital casualty dept or dressing clinic is free; and if they have any plans to amend para 44.5 of the "Red Book" so as to treat such items as personally administered.
