- If he will list vehicle spot checks planned and carried out in each of the last 12 months, stating in each case how many vehicles were tested, how many failed to meet roadworthiness standards, and how many planned checks were cancelled due to lack of police resources. - Includes figures and text of letter from Ron Oliver of Vehicle Inspectorate.
