What steps are being taken to examine the implications of the decision of the Dover magistrates' court not to hear the sexual harassment case brought by the CPS on behalf of a British crew member on Stena Sealink's `Fantasia' ferry on the grounds that the alleged incident occurred on a foreign registered vessel; and if he will comment in respect of United Kingdom citizens employed on foreign flagged vessels.
