- What guarantees in respect of time-scales will be given to ensure that waiting times will not be detrimental to the financial wellbeing of the claimant whilst he or she is waiting for an outcome of the assessment undertaken for the purposes of entering into the jobseekers agreement. - (Holding answer 6 February 1995).
