What advice he has received from the Countryside Commission for Wales and the National Rivers Authority about the impact on fish stocks in Wales of piscivorous birds; how many licences to take piscivorous birds he has issued in each of the last two years; how many birds, by species, were taken under each of those licences; what criteria he used in determining whether to grant such licences; what conditions he attached to such licences; and what arrangements he made to monitor them. - Will write.
