- If he will list the names of those persons appointed as political advisers to his Department since May 1992; what facilities in terms of access to telephones, use of equipment, use of offices, access to ministerial meetings, sight of correspondence, attendance at interdepartmental meetings and access to civil servants are available to specialist advisers in his Department. - There are and have been no such political or specialist advisers in any of the Departments for which I have been responsible since May 1992. - There are and have been no such political or specialist advisers in any of the Departments for which I have been responsible since May 1992.
