- When the first revised safety case is due to be submitted to the Health and Safety Executive under the provisions of Regulation 9(4) of the Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations 1992; and how many such revised Safety Cases are expected to be submitted to the HSE in each of the subsequent three years.
