- If he will place in the Library copies of all memoranda of understanding signed with France in regard to co-operation on nuclear weapons since 1965; and what technical data or other information MOD has received from France on the parameters, reasons for and outcome of French nuclear tests conducted this year as part of existing nuclear co-operation agreements with France. - Nothing to add to reply given on 24 October 1995.
