If he will list the Memoranda of Understanding which currently exist between Britain and France, with regard to all aspects of nuclear weapons; and if he will set out the purpose of each memorandum giving the date on which each one was signed, whether its text is still classified, on what dates it has been amended, why it was amended on each occasion, and what other countries are party to it. - Ref to 264 c587W.
