- How much has so far been spent on legal surveillance and other relevant costs to construct cases against people protesting against the building of the M11 Link Road; how much further public expenditure is expected to bring the cases to trial; how much it is expected will be recouped if the cases are successful; and to list resident engineers of various contracts in connection with A12 Hackney to M11 link road; to indicate their salaries and to whom they are responsible; and what discrepancies on contractors claims on personnel matters they have discovered. - Includes text of letter from Lawrie Haynes of Highways Agency and figures.
