What evidence has been submitted to HM Customs and Excise by Laogai Research Foundation of importation of chain hoists manufactured by forced labour in Chinese Laogai by Felco of Coventry; and if proceedings will be brought against company by HM Customs and Excise under Foreign Prison Made Goods Act 1897.
