- On how many occasions in the last 30 years (a) the United States Government has applied for the extradition of individuals from the United Kingdom and (b) the United Kingdom has applied to the United States extradition of individuals to face charges in the United Kingdom; and how many of these were refused in each case. - Inc figs.
