What was the weighted average increase since August 1992 in the retail price of (a) goods other than food and revenue duty items and (b) services other than foreign holidays, mortgage interest and community charge or rates. - The information requested is not available as there are no unique definitions of goods or services in the retail prices index and such aggregates can be produced only at disproportionate cost.
