Question: On which dates was European Communitys preliminary draft budget for 1994 (vols 0 & 1-6 incl), or such of its contents as were communicated to them by UK Permanent Representative to the Community prior to its publication reviewed by (a) the Treasury & (b) the Cabinet Sub-Committee on European Questions (OPD(E)) prior to the Economic & Financial Councils establishment of the Communitys draft budget on 22 July 1993 & with what results.
