If commercialisation of Warren Spring Laboratory; National Physical Laboratory; Laboratory of Government Chemist; National Weights and Measures Laboratory; Transport Research Laboratory; and NHS pathology laboratories will result in greater professionalism, effectiveness and accuracy and better motivation and objectivity.
