- What emergency response plans exist in respect of possible oil pollution around the south coast of England. - Inc fact that Dept of Transport maintains Govt's national contingency plan through marine pollution control unit. This plan is complemented by appropriate local authority contingency plans & port plans. (Holding answer 14 Jan 1993).
