- To place in the Library the reasons for refusal of permission for Northumbrian Water to construct a waste incinerator at Portrack in Stockton-on-Tees, and the submission made to the inquiry inspector by Cleveland County Council in respect of the same. - Inc fact that copy of decision letter issued on 2 November 1992 & copy of council's submissions to the plenary session to be placed in Library.
