What cost has been apportioned to each local authority association, and each local authority, to meet the debts of LAMSAC consequent upon its wind-up; what contribution DOE made to Local Authority Conditions of Service Advisory Board & Local Government Management Board since 1988 to meet the costs of LAMSAC prior & subsequent to its wind-up; what proportion to the top-slicing of rate support grant was devoted in each year since 1989 to meet the debts of LAMSAC & what involvement DOE has in the winding-up of LAMSAC. - Will write.
