- What proportion of research contracts administered by his Department's Energy Technology Support Unit in (a) 1980 to 1989 and (b) 1990 to 1993 have been contracted to researchers employed by ETSU; and if he will list the annual value to the ETSU for each year since 1980 of research contracts supported by external resources which have been undertaken in-house. - Inc figures.
