- If he will give details of each of the meetings arranged between the Chairman of the Welsh Development Agency and the Japanese business leaders which were to take place during the Chairman's inward investment mission to Japan from 7th to 14th March; if he will make it his policy to write personally to each of those business leaders to give an explanation for their cancellation; and what proposals he has to re-arrange such meetings for a later date.
