Whether the applicant for housing development at The Oaks, Old Shore Road, Newtownards-Planning Application No. 0028/93-has within his ownership or agreement with other landowners the land required to provide the sight lines in both directions from the entrance of the proposed development on to the public road. - Inc fact that NIO will write.
