What assessment he has made of the sufficiency of the existing emergency planning grant aid from his Department for 1993-94, 1994-95 and 1995-96 to enable the recipient authorities to discharge fully the duties imposed on them by proposals currently being considered by his Department; & what assessment he has made of the sufficiency of the proposed distribution of HO emergency planning grant aid for 1993-94, 1994-95 & 1995-96 to enable the shortcomings in emergency arrangements outlined in his predecessor's statement 194 c393-06W, to be remedied. - Inc ref to draft Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations.
