- Pursuant to his oral statement of 30th June, Official Report, 227 c975, if he will make a further statement on the source of the forged letter in the name of the Right honourable Member for Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale; what enquiries were made as to the origins of the notepaper used; and what disciplinary action was taken against the offender.
