- What was the rank of the officer or officers of the City of London Police who on or about 1st April 1992 prepared letters purporting to have been written, respectively, by the Right honourable Member for Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale and Mr D. W. Freeman in connection with a case under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office; what disciplinary proceedings have been taken. - These are matters for the Commissioner of Police for the City of London.
