- How many of the functions of the Scottish Tourist Board are to be relocated from Edinburgh to Inverness by 1st April 1995; and if he will list them; & what assessment he has carried out of the costs of relocating Scottish tourist board staff and functions to Inverness by 1 April 1995; how many staff will be involved. - (Holding answer 7 July 1993).
