- How many payments have been paid under section 7 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 to property owners in the vicinity of the Newcastle Western By-Pass north of the Stanfordham Road interchange; what total sum has been paid; and when the last payment was made. - Inc figure and fact that no compensation payable under section 7. Compensation payments made under the other provisions of part I of the Act.
