- What is the Government's policy with regard to the Multi-fibre Arrangement in the event of the Uruguay round of the GATT not achieving adequate cuts in the high tariff and non-tariff barriers confronted by British textile and clothing manufacturers in United Kingdom export markets in the third world and in the emerging economies of the developing world.
